Because the mistake that matters is a wrong invoice.
In most manufacturers and trading companies, somebody spends their day reading order emails and retyping them: into a stock check, into a price list, into the invoice that goes back. Every retype is a chance to get a line wrong, and a wrong line does not stay inside the building - it reaches your customer with your name on it.
Dynaflo exists to take the retyping away and keep the checking. It reads what arrives, does the mechanical work, and shows a person the evidence before anything leaves. Software that can be checked by the person responsible for it - that is the standard, and it is why the product ships with its limits printed on the website.
Founder-led, and reachable.
The people who designed the system are the people who answer the email. Ask a hard question about an edge case and you will get an answer from someone who wrote that part - usually the same day, because there is no queue for it to sit in.
Further down the same chain.
The order system is the first product. Next it extends to what arrives after the invoice: receipts, payments and confirmations, through the same inbox - each marked coming on the product page until it is built, because a roadmap sold as a feature is how trust gets spent.
More products will follow on the same terms: one specific job inside a business, checkable by the person responsible for it.
