How we handle what you send us.

This policy covers the dynaflo.ai website. The product at app.dynaflo.ai has its own agreement with each customer. Last updated: date on publication.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.

If you use the "Get a demo" form, we collect a little more, because there is more to prepare for a demo: your first and last name, work email, company, job title, company size, how you heard about us, and what you tell us you are dealing with. Job title, company size and "how you heard about us" are optional.

That is the whole list, for both forms.

If you email us instead, we hold your email the way anyone holds an email. This website sets no advertising trackers. Ordinary server logs record page requests and IP addresses, as almost every website's do, and are kept only for keeping the site running securely.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry. That is why you wrote.
• To arrange the demo you asked for.
• Nothing else. There is no mailing list, because there is no newsletter, and we do not sell or share your details.

If you send us sample documents

Our demo asks for a week of your order emails. Those documents are used to prepare and run your demo, are shown only to you, and are deleted on request - ask at any time and confirmation follows. They are never used as marketing material; anything shown publicly requires written consent first, which is why the product page shows placeholders instead of screenshots.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are talking and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. If nothing comes of it, they are deleted. You can shorten that to "now" by asking.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you are, these rights have legal names (under the GDPR and similar laws); we honour them regardless of where you are writing from.

To exercise any of them, email hello@dynaflo.ai. The same address reaches the people responsible for this policy - there is no separate department.

Who we are

The data controller is: legal entity name and registered address on publication. Until that block is filled in by the founders, this page is a draft and says so.
